About Jacob
Hello! I’m Jacob Bradsher, a lifelong entrepreneur, coach, and fitness enthusiast with nearly three decades of experience in exercise and nutrition. At 46 years old, I bring a wealth of knowledge and a deep passion for helping others achieve their health and fitness goals.
I hold a bachelor's degree in Finance, but my true calling has always been in the realm of health and wellness. Alongside this academic background, I am certified in Personal Training and Nutrition through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). My professional journey blends these disciplines, providing a unique perspective on both financial and personal well-being.
I’ve authored several comprehensive e-books on training and nutrition and regularly publish educational content designed to cut through the confusion in the health and fitness landscape. My mission is to simplify complex concepts and guide you toward your wellness goals with clarity and confidence.
Outside of my professional life, I enjoy sharing my time with a wonderful girlfriend, a loyal dog, and two playful cats. My commitment to living the lifestyle I promote fuels my dedication to helping others. Hello, I’m Kayla Gau, your coach here at the Final Diet Fitness Company.
I specialize in working with women who are committed to achieving lifelong health and wellness.
With nearly a decade of experience in fitness—spanning five bodybuilding competitions, one USAPL meet, and countless local races—I bring a broad and dynamic expertise to help my clients reach their goals.
Before stepping into the fitness world, I spent five years as a full-time public school art teacher. During that time, my passion shifted toward health and fitness, and I realized my true calling was in education—just in a different arena.
That journey led me to earn my certification as a personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), and now, I’m dedicated to educating and empowering clients to build sustainable habits for long-term health.
When I’m not helping others crush their goals, lifting weights at the gym, or running around the neighborhood, you can find me spending time with my family and my energetic German Shepherd, Koda.
I believe in leading by example, living the healthy lifestyle I promote to my clients.
