Protein Pancakes

Ingredients: Gluten free oat flour, whey protein isolate, buttermilk powder, chocolate drops (sugar, chocolate liquor, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, vanilla), flax seed powder, cinnamon, baking powder, sodium chloride, natural flavors, baking soda, stevia, xanthan gum. 

1. Mix the Batter: In a bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup (70g) of the dry mix with 1/4 cup of cold water until the ingredients are just combined. Allow the batter to rest for 3 minutes.

2. Heat the Griddle: Preheat the griddle to 325°F.

3. Pour the Batter: Pour the batter onto the preheated griddle to make two six-inch pancakes.

Cook until the pancakes are golden brown on the bottom and bubbles form on the surface, with the edges starting to set, about 2 minutes.

Flip the pancakes and cook until the other side is golden brown.

Contains milk and sunflower lecithin. Produced in a facility that also processes peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, and eggs.
