Subscription Terms

Final Diet Training is offered as one subscription that includes the member features described on the product page. After a 14-day free trial, the subscription is $3 every three months (the equivalent of $1 per month).

• A payment method is collected during signup
• No charge is made until the 14-day free trial ends
• After the trial, the subscription renews automatically every three months
• You may cancel anytime; access continues through the quarter you have paid for
• Checkout and subscription billing are processed by Shopify
• Additional products or coach-facing offerings, if introduced later, will be disclosed with their own pricing before purchase

• Eligible new subscriptions receive a 14-day free trial when that offer is shown at enrollment
• A payment method is collected during signup
• Unless canceled before the trial ends, the subscription automatically converts to the paid quarterly subscription of $3 every three months
• The applicable price is shown before enrollment
• Trial eligibility may be limited to prevent abuse or repeated trials
• Canceling during the trial prevents the first paid renewal

• Paid subscriptions renew automatically every three months until canceled
• The payment method on file is charged at each renewal
• The renewal price and applicable taxes are disclosed through the purchase flow
• If pricing changes, legally required notice will be provided before the new price applies

• You may cancel online
• No telephone call is required
• Cancellation prevents the next renewal when completed before that renewal is processed
• Access ordinarily remains active through the end of the already-paid three-month billing period
• Canceling does not automatically create a refund

• If additional subscription options are introduced, any immediate charge, credit, proration, or effective date will be disclosed before confirmation
• A change in subscription will not silently delete your training records
• You receive a meaningful opportunity to export or preserve records before any destructive data action

We or our payment provider may retry failed payments, and access may be limited or suspended after reasonable notice.

The 14-day free trial is the primary opportunity to evaluate the software. Subscription charges are generally non-refundable after billing, with a limited one-time request window for the first paid charge and correction of billing errors. Full details are in the Refund Policy.

We may discontinue a subscription offering or materially change it, subject to applicable law and reasonable notice where appropriate.
