Final Diet Fitness Company does not independently make coaching, health, medical, nutrition, or training decisions.

AI-supported features may organize evidence and prepare drafts. The coach remains responsible for interpreting the information, editing the work, making decisions, signing, and publishing.

Our software is not HIPAA compliant, is not a medical device, and is not a substitute for professional healthcare.

We may disclose information to service providers that support functions such as hosting and infrastructure, ecommerce and subscription administration, payment processing, email delivery, customer support, security and fraud prevention, and legal and compliance obligations.

Shopify supports our ecommerce and customer-record functions, including Product Updates signups. Service providers receive information only as reasonably necessary for their role and subject to applicable contractual or legal obligations.
